Birkir Már Sævarsson (born 11 November 1984) is an Icelandic footballer who is currently playing for SK Brann in Norway. He signed for SK Brann 16 July 2008, after 6 years in the Icelandic club Valur. He was originally planned as a right back, but has played almost all the 2009 season on the left back. His little brother's name is Aron Elí Sævarsson.
